When you book online, via phone, or through any of our social platforms with Mirralux Detailing, you are required to read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions prior to confirming an appointment. Once a booking is made, you are bound by the terms outlined below.
Customers must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and other important items from their vehicle before any detailing service begins.
Mirralux Detailing is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings left inside the vehicle, or the location where the service is performed. Please ensure that your vehicle is parked in a safe and lawful area for detailing services.
All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be in suitable condition to withstand normal detailing and cleaning processes.
Mirralux Detailing is not responsible for discharged batteries during or after service. Customers are advised to check all lights and electronic components after completion.
Appointment times are estimates only. Each vehicle varies in condition and may require more or less time than anticipated.
Mirralux Detailing reserves the right to assign or change technicians and/or independent contractors without prior notice.
While we make every effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment window, delays due to traffic, weather, or equipment failure may occur. These do not void our cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to request debit or credit card information to secure a booking. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or an equivalent processor.
Mirralux Detailing reserves the right to alter or reschedule appointments based on staffing, weather, or equipment availability.
Service requests are subject to verification of address, package, and vehicle condition. We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe, hazardous, or extreme vehicle conditions.
Any aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff will result in immediate termination of service.
Upon booking, a pre-authorization hold of 10% of the total service cost may be placed on your payment method. This is not a charge but a temporary hold for verification purposes.
The hold will be released immediately after verification. Depending on your financial institution, the release may take several business days.
Mirralux Detailing has a minimum service charge that varies by location and service type.
An hourly rate of $75/hour may apply for additional work outside the booked package.
A 20% surcharge will apply for vehicles requiring excessive cleaning due to pet hair, vomit, mold, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, service type, and location. All prices listed online are starting prices.
Prices may change during service if the actual condition of the vehicle differs from the initial description.
Prices do not include applicable taxes or fees.
Mirralux Detailing may contact you via SMS, phone, or email to confirm appointments, share technician details, or request feedback.
You may incur standard carrier charges for text messages. Mirralux Detailing is not responsible for these charges.
Your contact and vehicle information may be shared only with assigned technicians for scheduling and quality assurance.
All customer service calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes.
You may be asked how you heard about Mirralux Detailing for marketing purposes.
A valid debit or credit card may be required to secure recurring or future bookings.
If a vehicle is unavailable for cleaning without prior cancellation, the full service fee will be charged.
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any detailing appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 25% of the total service cost.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
Mirralux Detailing reserves the right to reschedule or modify bookings due to weather, staffing, or equipment issues without penalty.
Customers must be present at the time and location of service; failure to do so will result in full service charges.
If there is clear evidence that a service was not completed as ordered or craftsmanship was unsatisfactory, Mirralux Detailing will redo the affected area at no additional cost.
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of service completion.
Cleaning or repairing the vehicle before our inspection voids our Service Guarantee.
Refusal of a redo appointment limits refunds to a maximum of 20% of the service cost.
Failure to disclose severe stains, odors, biological waste, or hazardous materials at booking voids the guarantee.
Only services listed in your package or authorized by Mirralux Detailing are covered under the guarantee.
Technicians may take before-and-after photos or videos for quality and liability purposes. Refusal to allow documentation may void the guarantee.
Payment is due upon completion. Failure to pay will void any guarantees and may result in legal collection.
Gift cards may have a 48-hour activation period before redemption.
Gift cards can only be used once per vehicle and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
If the service total exceeds the value of the gift card, the balance must be paid at the time of service.
Prices and values may adjust based on seasonality or inflation.
Gift cards are non-refundable after 6 months of non-use.
All tint installations include a limited manufacturer warranty. Warranty details are provided by the film supplier.
Mirralux Detailing is not responsible for product defects.
Tint prices do not include old film removal. The minimum charge for film removal is $20 per window, subject to condition.
Customers are responsible for ensuring tint opacity complies with local laws and regulations.
Mirralux Detailing assumes no liability for fines or penalties related to illegal tint levels.
Services are performed at the vehicle owner’s own risk.
Mirralux Detailing is not liable for mechanical, electrical, or pre-existing issues that may occur during or after service.
Customers must ensure their vehicle is in safe condition for detailing.
